On the first day of Lock Down-3, liquor shops opened at various places in Delhi, though there were arrangements outside all liquor shops to maintain social distancing. Therefore, the Delhi Police had to handle the front to control the situation. In some places, due to the rampant mob, the police closed the liquor shops as soon as they opened, while in the outer north Delhi district, the liquor shops did not allow the police to open. #lockdown # COVID19 #liquorshop
