प्रवासी मजदूर अब अब सियासत तेज हो गई है. कांग्रेस ने विभिन्न राज्यों में फंसे प्रवासी मजदूरों को घर भेजने की व्यवस्था करने से जुड़े केंद्र के दिशानिर्देश को तुगलकी फरमान करार देते हुए शुक्रवार को आरोप लगाया कि नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार ने श्रमिकों के साथ क्रूर मजाक किया है और उन्हें उनके हाल पर छोड़ दिया है। पार्टी प्रवक्ता अभिषेक मनु सिंघवी ने मजदूरों को वित्तीय सहायता देने का भी केंद्र से अनुरोध किया।
