Former PM Dr. Manmohan Singh has said that at present, it is necessary to put government employees in financial difficulty. Earlier, former Congress President Rahul Gandhi also called this decision of Modi government inhuman and insensitive.

केंद्र सरकार के कर्मचारियों का महंगाई भत्ता रोकने के लिए राहुल गांधी के बाद पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ मनमोहन सिंह ने भी नरेंद्र मोदी सरकार की आलोचना की है. पूर्व पीएम डॉ मनमोहन सिंह ने कहा है कि मौजूदा वक्त में सरकारी कर्मचारियों को आर्थिक रूप से मुश्किल में डालना गैरजरूरी है. इससे पहले पूर्व कांग्रेस अध्यक्ष राहुल गांधी ने भी मोदी सरकार के इस फैसले को अमानवीय और असंवेदनशील कहा था.
