Addressing a rally in Gujarat's Patan, PM Modi said that in his tenure India became the fifth largest economy. Taking a dig at opposition, PM Modi said, "Manmohan Singh ji used to say that Muslims have the first right over the resources of the country and I am of a view that on national resources, the poor and depressed have the first right."
