A group of Filipino volunteers-led by Illac Diaz changed the lives of people living in slums in Philippines. They used wasted plastic bottles and turned them into a bulb. They mix chlorine and water and put in the water which gives light like a bulb. Diaz’s formula is highly appreciated.
