In yet another milestone in healthcare sector in India, the first of its kind skull implant was successfully done to a four-year-old girl using polyethylene bone at Pune’s Bharati Hospital. The surgery of Ishita Jawale was performed in earlier May after she suffered head injuries in a car accident.
