Mustaqeem Ali has built a helicopter out of parts from a tractor, scooter, and an auto rickshaw, and weighs about 200kg. When He was about to test the machine, he was arrested by Uttar Pradesh police for not having permission to fly it.

Family circumstances may have forced young Mustaqeem to discontinue his education, but that didn't quell his passion for science, especially flying machines.
