I’ve cooked this healthy oyster hot pot made with organic miso, and cleaner ingredients.

Normally, water is added on this. In order to maximize the nutritional value, I cooked without adding it. You get the water from ingredients themselves.

When you are buying veggies, make sure it’s organic which has much more nutritious values and phytonutrients.

Those of you don’t have an access to buy organic veggies and fruits, I’ll be posting how to remove detoxicate fruits and veggies on BitChute soon.

Ingredients:

I’ve used these ingredients:

2-pounds of frozen oysters
1-cup of king oyster mushroom
1-cup of organic shiitake mushroom
1-bunch of organic potherb mustard (mizuna)
2-cups of thinly sliced fried tofu
2-tablespoons of organic miso
2-tablespoons of organic garlic and ginger
1-tablespoon of organic jalapeño hot sauce
1-cup of sake
1-tablespoon of concentrated bonito broth. It can be substituted with vegetable broth. Make sure it’s addictive free.
