Monsoon Update: Mumbai police, BMC toil to bring situation to normal

Continuous downpours have wreaked in different parts of India. In Mumbai, areas like Andheri, Kurla are reeling under waterlogging and traffic snarls. Trains have been diverted and commuters are battling out the situation. BMC's preparedness does not seem to be enough to give relief to Mumbaikars.
