Sanjay Sinh, the Congress MP from the Rajya Sabha, resigned from both the Grand Old Party and the Upper House on Tuesday. Considered a close aide of Gandhis, Singh is known ‘Amethi Naresh’. His wife Amita Singh also announced her resignation from the Congress. Amita Singh is a two-time MLA. Watch his full statement.
