The Congress party has again resorted to the leadership of its ex-chairman, Sonia Gandhi. After a blistering defeat in the Lok Sabha polls, all eyes were upon the Gandhi family to reunite the party and take on the BJP which enjoys a huge mandate. Sonia Gandhi was selected as the leader of the Congress Parliamentary Party.
