Santosh Murat Singh who belongs to Chittoni village in Uttar Pradesh's Varanasi was declared dead in 2003, is still alive and fighting for his existence. Santosh got the ray of hope after the Varanasi DM came to rescue and got his house opened. He had been protesting at Delhi's Jantar Mantar.
