In a shocking incident, a 57-year-old woman, resident of Delhi, was summoned by the court in a cheque bounce case but the victim claimed that she has no bank account in that bank (HDFC). Someone ill-intentionally opened a bank account with HDFC on her name using duplicate documents and gave a cheque to a property dealer.
