Speaking to News Nation, Union Minister RK Singh recalled his memories with Manohar Parrikar. “He was a very talented, honest and simple person. His commitment for the work and the country was exemplary,” Singh said. Terming the death of Goa CM a huge loss to BJP, the union minister said that all politicians should learn from his simplicity. Parrikar, 63, died at his private residence at Dona Paula near Panaji on Sunday after a prolonged illness.
