Congress leader Rahul Gandhi addressed a virtual press briefing detailing congress party COVID-19 action plan. In his briefing, Rahul Gandhi said lockdown is not a solution to the COVID crisis and that we must declare a victory at this stage because it is a long-drawn battle. Rahul Gandhi also said that the lockdown period must be used by the govt to ramp up testing and prepare hospitals with better facilities.
