Senior Minister Ismail Sabri Yaakob said 97 percent of the 6,000 people affected by the enhanced MCO in the Selangor Mansion and Malayan Mansion buildings in Kuala Lumpur were migrants.
He said the government had informed their respective foreign embassies so that they can take responsibility for helping their people in the two buildings.
