COVID-19: Pune Police takes strict action against people not following govt orders amid curfew

The Maharashtra government has announced a curfew in the state in the backdrop of coronavirus pandemic. Pune Police took strict action against those who are not following government orders during curfew. The tally of COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra has reached 101 on March 24 with three new cases in Pune and one in Satara. According to the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of active COVID-19 cases reported so far in India stands at 536. The essential goods will remain available to the public amid such times of a health crisis.
