Chris was great. Called to let me know he was on his way because I had specifically asked for that and I also got a text message telling me that he was on his way and a little bit about him, along with a photo which I thought was nice for safety reasons. He was efficient and explained everything he was doing and how much the work would cost. Great technician and company!
