CAA: The Central Government sent a reply to the Supreme Court, saying - Court intervention limited in it. The central government on Tuesday filed its reply in the Supreme Court on the petitions challenging the constitutionality of the citizenship law. The Center, in its 129-page reply, said that this law does not violate anyone's fundamental right.
केंद्र सरकार ने नागरिकता कानून की संवैधानिकता को चुनौती देने वाली याचिकाओं पर मंगलवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट में अपना जवाब दाखिल किया. केंद्र ने 129 पन्नों के अपने जवाब में कहा कि ये कानून किसी के मौलिक अधिकार का उल्लंघन नहीं करता.
