จากจุดเริ่มต้นของสองพี่น้อง เชฟหนุ่มและเชฟโจ้ ผู้มีความฝันอยากทำร้านอาหารที่นำเสนอวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นที่อร่อยและมีสไตล์เป็นของตัวเอง
จึงลงทุนศึกษาเรื่องอาหารไกลถึงประเทศสหรัฐอเมริกา แต่ท้ายที่สุดอยากกลับมาอยู่บ้านเกิดกับครอบครัว "เชฟโจ้" ตัดสินใจทุ่มเงินซื้อเครื่องครัว เก็บกระเป๋าเข้าป่า เรียนรู้เรื่องวัตถุดิบท้องถิ่นและอาหารสุขภาพ

This week on PERSPECTIVE, meet Chef Joe, the owner of the famous Samuay&Sons, a Thai fusion establishment in Udon Thani. Every single dish that is served in their restaurant is filled with benefits. He also shares with us about various diet therapy for different diseases.
Everything started when the two brothers had a dream to open a restaurant that uses local produce as their main ingredients to cook in their style. They traveled to the United States to enhance their culinary skills. Eventually, they came back to their hometown. Chef Joe spent his last penny on cooking tools. Then he decided to move into the wild to learn more about local produce and healthy cuisine, to create appetizing yet hearty dishes.
