Delhi: Police pay tribute to slain officer Ratan Lal

Ratan Lal, the Delhi Police Head Constable, who died on-duty in North-East Delhi Bhajanpura, was paid tribute at New Police Lines, Kingsway Camp, Delhi. Over 1000 emotional colleagues of Ratan Lal along with Police Commissioner Amulya Patnaik and others paid their tribute to the officer who was shot on Monday. It is a very sad day for us. Ratan Lal was a courageous officer, Amulya Patnaik said.
