Man Standing in Street Slams Windshield with Branch

Occurred on February 11, 2020 / Adelaide, South Australia, Australia
Info from Licensor: I was driving home into Adelaide City from a rehearsal. A car lane changed in front of me, revealing a man who seemed to have placed a giant branch across the entire lane. Unable to lane change, I witness him pick up the branch approach my vehicle. He then proceeds to smash my windshield twice and I drove up the road while being chased by a guy on a bike. After driving up the road somewhat, I pull over and call law enforcement. The perpetrator was arrested and locked up.
It was quite a shock, and I had to bear all the cost of damages. This guy was probably drunk on 'goon' and seemed to be setting up a highway robbery situation. I paid for the repairs.
