China coronavirus: World Health Organisation calls outbreak an 'emergency in China'

Director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus of the World Health Organisation met President Xi Jinping in Beijing, China, on January 29, 2020. A spokesman for the organisation back in Switzerland meanwhile called the coronavirus outbreak an 'emergency in China', but still not a ‘global emergency’.
