Is gharelu totkay se nah sirf asthma ke marz balke purani se purani khansi ko bhi jarr se khatam kiya ja sakta hai. Is totkay ke liye aap ko mandarja zail ajzaa ki zaroorat ho gi.
Pani — 1 cup (250 milliliter)
Adrak — 6 mashah (tqriban 4 gram)
Kaali harrier — 6 mashah (tqriban 4 gram)
Shehad ya Shakar — hasb e zaiqa
Adrak aur kaali harrier ko mota mota koot kar aik cup pani mein ubal lain. Yeh chai ki terhan ban jaye gaas mein hasb e zaiqa shehad ya cheeni mila kar din mein kisi bhi waqt istemal karain. In Sha Allah chand din main marz mein afaqa ho jaye ga.
Is ke alawa agar adrak ke ras mein shehad mila kar chata jaye to bi faida hota hai.

Khajoor — 2 Adad
Mulethi powder — aadha chamach
Kasuri methi — aadha chamach
Pani — 1 x 1/2 cup
Khajoor ki guthli nikal kar ghoda alehda kar len. Mulethi powder, Kasuri methi aur khajoor ka goda daidh cup pani mein daal kar itna josh dain ke pani aik cup reh jaye. Is mehlool ke do chamach din mein 3 martaba (subah, dopahar aur sham) nehar munh istemal karain. In Sha Allah chand din mein asthma ke marz se mukamal nijat mil jaye gi.

Is gharelo totkay se purani se purani khansi aur asthma ke marz ko jarr se khatam kiya ja sakta hai. Is totkay ke liye aap ko mandarja zail ajzaa ki zaroorat ho gi.
Pyaaz ka ras — 1 pawo (250 milliliter)
Shehad — 1 pawo (250 milliliter)
Meetha Soda — 5 tola (60 gram)
Shehad, pyaaz ka ras aur khane wala meetha soda kisi bartan mein achi tarah mila kar rakh lain. Din mein do martaba (subah o shaam) aik khane ka chamach istemaal karen. In Sha Allah chand roz ke baqaida istemal se asthma jaise mozi marz aur daimi khansi se mukammal chutkara mil jaye ga.
