Amid calls on social media for boycotting actor Deepika Padukone’s upcoming movie ‘Chhapaak’ for her visit to the Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU), Union Minister Prakash Javadekar on Wednesday said that any artist can go anywhere and put forth his or her view.
