1/2 cup (115 grams) butter 2 large eggs 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp vanilla extract 2 tsp baking powder 1/2 cup ( 120 ml) milk 1 cup (200 grams) granulated sugar 2cups (275 grams) all purpose flour 2 & 1/2 cup (125 grams) blueberries 1/4 cup (50 grams) granulated sugar for topping
Blueberry Muffins procedure
1.Preheat oven to 375* F 2.Line muffin tin with paper liners. Grease them slightly. 3.In a bowl , beat butter for about two minutes . Add eggs and beat until combined . 4.Add sugar, baking powder , salt and vanilla . Mix until well combined . 5.Add half of flour , mix until just combined(*avoid overmixing ) 6.Add half of milk , mix until just combined.Repeat the same process for left half of flour and milk . 7.Add blueberries and gently fold them using spatula. 8.Fill 3/4th of the paper liner with batter. Sparkle granulated sugar on top. 9.Bake in a preheated oven for 30-35 minutes . 10.Let it cool for 8-10 minutes before removing from the tin.Place on wire rack for complete cooling. 11.Enjoy your BLUEBERRY MUFFINS
