Citizenship Amendment Bill: Congress attacks on PM Modi's tweet. Northeast fire broke out against the Citizenship Amendment Bill on Wednesday. In Assam, Tripura, Manipur, Mizoram, Arunachal Pradesh and Meghalaya a large number of people took to the streets and staged a fierce demonstration. Incidents of arson and sabotage were also reported from many places.

सिटीजनशिप अमेंडमेंट बिल के खिलाफ बुधवार को पूर्वोत्तर सुलग उठा. असम, त्रिपुरा, मणिपुर, मिजोरम, अरुणाचल प्रदेश और मेघालय में बड़ी संख्या में लोग सड़कों पर उतरे और उग्र प्रदर्शन किया। कई जगह से आगजनी और तोड़फोड़ की घटनाएं भी सामने आईं।
