'Duplicity, deceit & deception' USADA chairman Moses on Russia authorities

The Chair of WADA's Education Committee, Olympic gold-medalist Edwin Moses, has slammed the anti-doping agency's four-year ban of Russia on Monday, claiming the "heart and soul" of athletes has been ignored by not issuing the country a blanket ban for its "duplicity, deceit and deception."
