Oats Chicken Wraps : Chicken boneless ½ kg Oats 2 cups Red flour 2 cups Salt 1 tbsp Oil 6 tbsp Capsicum sliced 2 Onion (sliced) 2 Yogurt 2 cups Tomato slices 2 cup Cheddar cheese slice 8 Carrot slices 1 large Black pepper ½ tsp Method: In a bowl red flour ,oats and 1 tsp salt mix and knead then make loafs and keep a side .now in a pan heat oil and fry chicken after 5 min add capsicum slices and carrot slices add and 2 minutes fry .then add onion and fry 1 minute ..Finally add salt ,black pepper and tomatoes slices mix and remove from from flame then firstly in loaf spread yogurt then cheddar cheese slices and chicken add then loaf roll it and serve .
Chicken Cheese Balls with dipping sauces: Ingredients: Chicken cheese balls 1 packet Oil for frying Mayonnaise 1 cup Chili garlic sauce ½ cup Soy sauce 4 tbsp Method: Deep fry the chicken cheese balls and set aside. Now divide the mayonnaise into two bowls then in half mayonnaise add chili garlic sauce and in other half add soy sauce and mix well. Serve in separate bowls with chicken cheese balls.
Buffalo Chicken Pasta : Ingredients: Elbow macaroni ½ packet Cream cheese 1 cup Cream 1 cup Butter 3 tbsp Garlic (chopped) 1 tbsp Onion (chopped) 1 medium Cheddar cheese ½ cup Spring onion slices 2 Milk 1 litter Mozzarella cheese ½ cup Chicken boneless 1 Salt 1 tsp Black pepper 1 tsp Crushed red chili 1 tsp Method: In a pan butter ,onion and garlic fry .now add chicken and fry then add milk ,cream ,cheddar cheese ,mozzarella cheese ,salt ,black pepper ,spring onion slices and crushed red chili mix and bring to boil .then add cream ,cream cheese and boiled pasta pour in dish and bake at 200c for 15 minutes then serve .
