A 'Skill Development Centre for Specially Abled Persons' was inaugurated in J&K’s Rajouri on Dec 02. The motive is to boost employment opportunities among persons with disabilities. The institute will impart skill training under various trades like LED light, mobile phone hardware repair and technician etc. certificate will be issued to those candidates who will qualify in the final test after undergoing the course. The trainee will be provided with a stipend of Rs 4,600 per month.
