Mixed Fruit Creamy Delight:
Cream 3 packets
Yogurt 1 cup
Pineapple 1 tin
Condense milk 1 tin
Pineapple jelly 1 packet
Orange chunks 1 cup
Grapes deseeded 1 cup
Bananas 7 to 8 sliced
Biscuits crumb 2 cups
Chocolate syrup to drizzle
Method: mix all the ingredients together n serve chilled

Tempura Prawns with Sticky Sauce:
Prawns 1kg
Vermicelli 1 packet
lemon juice 4tbsp
Salt 1tsp
Mustard paste 2 tbsp
Black pepper powder 1-1/2 tsp
White pepper powder 1tsp
Cayenne paste 1tbsp
Vinegar 1tsp
Brown sugar 1 tbsp
Garlic paste 1-1/2 tbsp
Eggs beaten 3
method mix all the above ingredients like lemon juice, salt, mustard paste, black pepper, white pepper, cayenne paste, brown sugar, vinegar n garlic mixed all well together n marinate for 10 min n after that each prawn dip in to eggs beaten den wrapped in vermicelli n deep fry them n serve with a tartar sauce
For Tartar Sauce:
Mayonnaise 1 tbsp
Cream 2tbsp
Black and white pepper a pinch
Salt a pinch
Chill garlic sauce 1 tbsp
Chopped parsley 2 tbsp
Gherkins 2
Chopped jalapenos 1
Mustard paste 1tsp
Mixed all together n serve with tempura prawns

Instant Bread Dahi Baray with Chicken And Chickpea:
Whole bread 1 packet
Yogurt 1kg
Onion finely chopped 1
Boiled chicken shredded 1 cup
Boiled chickpeas 2cups
Castor sugar 3 to 4 tbsp
Green chutney 1cup
Tamarind chutney 1/2 cup
Milk 1 packet
Ingredients for Green Chutney
Coriander leaves 1 bunch
Mint leaves 1 bunch
Salt 1 tsp
Green chilies 3 to 4
Tamarind paste 1tbsp
All mixed together n blend
For Tamarind Chutney
Tamarind 1 cup
Whole red chilies 4
Cumin roasted 1 tbsp
Salt 1/2 tsp
Roasted coriander 1 tsp
Mix all n blends
Method: cut the corners of bread make round shapes of bread and add green chutney, chicken and chopped onions on each bread. Make a sandwich. in a bowl add yogurt, castor sugar, milk 1 tetra pack, pinch of salt,1 tbsp chaat masala,1tsproasted cumin mix well. Now put bread sandwiches in to the yogurt and dip them well. Add in chick peas on the top serve with deep fried manda patti. Serve with tamarind and green chutney on the top. Sprinkle chaat masala.
