Federal Territories Minister Khalid Abdul Samad told the press on Thursday that the current efforts to solve urban poverty are similar to trying to cure an illness with just "panadol".
He also announced that the Urban Poverty Eradication Seminar will be held on Dec 5 to find ways to tackle the problem.
