The mystery of Hong Kong's Bowen Road dog poisoner

It’s been 30 years since the first recorded Bowen Road poisoning – and the perpetrator (or perpetrators) remain at large. The only solid lead ever to emerge surfaced in 1995, but it was brushed aside by police and not reported in the press until 1997, and only then because Hong Kong’s last governor Chris Patten’s dog had eaten chicken laced with poison.
