Dry Shimla Mirch Jheenga :
Ingredients:
Prawns with tail ½ kg Capsicum 250gm Tomatoes 2 Onion sliced 2 Green chilies 4 Turmeric 1tsp Cumin 1tsp Salt ½ tsp Red chilies crushed ½ tsp Black pepper ½ tsp Lemon juice 2tbsp Ginger chopped 4tbsp Oil ½ cup Coriander 4tbsp
Aalu palak :
Ingredients:
Spinach 1 kg Potatoes ½ kg Green chilies 10 Oil ½ cup finely chopped garlic 1 tbsp Salt ½ tsp Red chilies (crushed) 2 tsp
Method: Finely chopp spinach,and cut potatoes in small pieces wash. In a pan heat, oil, add finely chopped garlic.when aroma comes add crushed red chilies. Now add potatoes, spinach, salt and let it cook on high flame.donot cover the pan .when water dries, add chopped green chilies and let it simmer for 10 minutes. Remove from the stove then tender potatoes. Aalu palak fry is ready.
