Tighter H-1B visa laws is a worrisome thing but it won’t hurt IT companies, says TV Mohandas Pai

US is considering the tither H1B visa laws. It is basically looking at tweaking the definition of ‘speciality occupation’ perhaps making it more difficult for Indian companies to send workers overseas on these visas. TV Mohandas Pai of Manipal Universal shared his views and outlook.
