Excited voters queue up as the long-running campaign from members of Ethiopia's Sidama ethnic group to form their own regional state culminates in a referendum. The Sidama zone is currently part of the Southern Nations, Nationalities, and Peoples' Region, but could become Ethiopia's tenth regional state.
