PM: We've got to come down harder on knife crime

During a visit to a boxing gym in Manchester, Boris Johnson said that the UK has to "come down harder on knife crime". He added that if someone has been convicted of carrying a knife then they will have a "personalised section 60" over their head, meaning the police can stop and search. The prime minister said he hopes this will deter young people from getting back involved in "that kind of life again". Report by Thomasl.
