Karahi Fish Qeema:
Ingredients: Fish chunks 500 gm Oil ¼ cup Dried fenugreek 1 tsp Sliced onion 1 medium Minced garlic 4 cloves Chopped tomatoes 3 Yogurt ½ cup Green coriander ½ bunch Green chilies 4-5 Cumin seeds 1 tsp Salt 1 tsp Crushed coriander 1 tsp Crushed red chili 1 tsp All spice powder 1 tsp Julienned ginger 1tbsp
Method: Heat oil then add onion and fry till golden. Then add cumin seeds, garlic, crushed coriander, crushed red chili, tomatoes and cook well. Add salt, yogurt and cook. Now add fish chunks and cook. When it gets soft mash it and cooks well. Now add green coriander, green chilies with dried fenugreek, all spice powder, ginger and let it simmer. Then serve.
