The South Korean government says Kim Jung-han,... the director-general for Asian and Pacific affairs at Seoul's foreign ministry,... will meet his Japanese counterpart, Shigeki Takizaki in Tokyo.
Kim's trip comes as the GSOMIA pact is set to expire on November 23rd,... unless Seoul decides to retract its decision to terminate the accord.
