Rafale verdict: Congress spokesperson Randeep Surjewala said that the saffron party has the habit of celebrating without going into the details of the Supreme Court judgment on Rafale. Supreme Court gave a clean chit for the second time to the Narendra Modi government on the Rafale deal. Congress said that the court order has paved way for a criminal probe in the Rafale deal.

Rafale Verdict: राफेल पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट से मोदी सरकार को क्लीनचिट मिलने के बाद कांग्रेस ने बीजेपी पर हमला बोला है। कांग्रेस प्रवक्ता रणदीप सिंह सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि बीजेपी बिना जजमेंट पढ़ें खुशी मना रही है। उन्होंने सुप्रीम कोर्ट के जजमेंट को कोट करते हुए दावा किया कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अब राफेल के आपराधिक जांच का दायरा खोल दिया है। सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने साफ़ कहा है कि संवैधानिक वजहों से सुप्रीम कोर्ट के हाथ बंधे हो सकते हैं पर जांच एजेंसियों के नहीं। इस मामले में सबूत जुटाना जांच एजेंसियों की ज़िम्मेदारी है क्योंकि उनके हाथ खुले हैं। सुरजेवाला ने कहा कि बीजेपी और उसके मंत्री देश को एकबार फिर गुमराह कर रहे हैं।
