Samsung's Galaxy Fold sells out in 5 minutes online upon release in China

Samsung's flagship smartphone, the Galaxy Fold, sold out online within minutes of its release in China on Friday.
The new model was released at both online and at offline shops there at 10 AM and reportedly all 20-thousand devices were sold within five minutes on Samsung's online store.
The Galaxy Fold is priced at around 2,300 U.S. dollars.
China is the 24th country it has been released in.
Meanwhile, Chinese phone maker Huawei is to launch its own foldable phone next Friday.
