Cool and sunny afternoon ahead

Good afternoon. The big chill is on its way. It's going to feel like winter on Friday morning with a low of 1 degree Celsius in Seoul. It's not surprising as Friday is Ipdong, the beginning of winter according to traditional calendar. Mountainous regions and inland regions will be even colder. Yangju in Gyeonggi-do Province will see lows plunging to minus 5.
Back to today's forecast, some upper regions are seeing high levels of fine dust. Those of you in Chungcheongbuk-do Province could see polluted air all day so have a face mask handy.
Temperatures on this Wednesday will be a touch cooler than yesterday but we expect a pleasant and sunny afternoon. Southern provinces will see highs in the twenties.
Easterly winds will bring showers to the east coast tomorrow, then central regions will see rain on Sunday afternoon which will linger into Monday.
