RCEP would have been extremely detrimental to the Indian industry because as of now as well lot of Chinese manufacturing goods and consumer electronics dominate Indian market, said Rakesh Mohan Joshi, Chairperson-Research Division, Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT).
