Sunny skies with wide temperature gaps

Good afternoon. We had a chilly start to the day but highs will rise fast leading to wide temperature differences in most regions, especially those of us in inland will feel dramatic changes, including Uiseong in Gyeongsangbuk-do Province, which will see nearly 20 degrees Celsius of temperature gaps.
As the week goes on, we'll notice gradual drop in the readings. Friday is Ipdong, marking the beginning of winter according to traditional calendar. We'll see lows plunging to 2 degrees in Seoul.
This afternoon should be a great day to spend some time outdoors, we have fine autumn weather in store with cool, crisp and clean air under sunny skies, most regions will see highs in the upper teens to low twenties.
Seoul will remain sunny until Sunday while Gangwon-do Province will see rain on Thursday and Saturday.
