Qeeme walay Naan:
Ingredients for Dough: Sugar 1 tsp Yeast 1- 1/2 tsp Flour 3 cups Salt 1 tsp Yogurt 4 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Warm water as required For Mince Filling: Beef mince 300gm Chopped onion ½ cup Coriander leaves ½ cup Chopped garlic 1 tbsp Chopped ginger 1 tbsp Green chilies 2-3 Crushed cumin 2 tbsp Salt to taste Crushed red chili 1 tsp Crushed coriander 1 tbsp Oil 2 tbsp Yogurt ½ cup Butter as required Green coriander for topping
Method: Pre heat oven to 180 C. Mix dough ingredients, knead it and leave it to rise. Cook mince with garlic, ginger, crushed cumin, and salt, crushed red chilies and crushed coriander. Now add yogurt and cook well. Add onion, green coriander, green chilies and remove. Now roll dough put mince filling and seal it sides then put butter and bake for 15 minutes. Put butter and coriander in last and serve.
Peach Melba Trifle:
Ingredients for Vanilla Pudding:
Sugar ½ cup
Corn flour 1 tbsp
Milk 1 cup
Egg yolk 1
Vanilla essence 1 tsp
Other ingredients: Cooked red jelly 1 packet
Peaches (thin wedges) 4
Raspberries tin 1 cup
Orange juice ½ cup
Whipped cream 1 cup
Mini rolls (thick slices) 2 packets
Raspberries jam ½ cup
Method: For pudding cook milk with egg yolk, corn flour, sugar, vanilla essence and stir continuously. When it gets thick remove and let it cool. Mix orange juice and raspberry jam. In a glass bowl or glass add jelly then vanilla pudding, orange juice and raspberry jam mixture, raspberries, peaches, whipped cream and arrange mini rolls slices then let it cool down and serve.
