South Korea's presidential office,... shortly after the reports of Chile calling off the annual APEC summit next month,... said it is closely watching the situation.
In a text message to the presidential press corps, the Blue House spokesperson said the top office has learned about the situation in Chile and is monitoring developments.
The Blue House had previously announced its plans to participate in the annual event next month,... with the trip lasting from November 13th to 19th.
That trip also included the president making an official visit to Mexico.
