Man makes husky run down highway so car won't get wet

MIANYANG, CHINA — Some people don't deserve to be pet owners, including this sorry excuse for a fur parent, who made his dog suffer just so the inside of his car wouldn't get wet.
According to the Shanghaiist, the idiot was spotted driving down a highway with his husky running alongside on a leash and struggling to keep up.
Horrified witnesses called the cops, who then tracked the guy down via surveillance cams.
When asked what the hell he was doing, the driver explained that he'd just given his pet a bath. He didn't want to get the inside of his car wet, and decided to tie the poor pup to the outside of his crappy vehicle.
Police fined the man a measly 200 yuan, or just 28 bucks.
