N. Korea should submit official update on African swine fever status: OIE

The World Organization for Animal Health reportedly urged North Korea to submit an official report on the status of its African swine fever outbreak.
According to Voice of America, the world body, also known as OIE, is working to gather more information from the regime, as the outbreak is worsening in neighboring countries.
The report claims Pyeongyang did not provide any updates to the organization since its first ASF outbreak in May.
The Organization also highlighted the need for cooperative quarantine measures from the two Koreas in order to contain the virus.
So far, 12 wild boars found dead near the border between the two sides have tested positive for the disease.
