The death toll has risen to at least 58 in Japan as rescue efforts continue in the wake of typhoon Hagibis, the biggest typhoon to hit the country in decades. Japan’s national broadcaster NHK also reported at least a dozen people are missing since the storm made landfall on October 12, 2019.
