Filled Bun Burger:
Ingredients:
Burger buns 6
Chicken cheese balls 1 packet
Chicken fries 1 packet
Cheddar cheese 1-1/2 cup
Mozzarella cheese 1-1/2 cup
Oil for frying
For pizza sauce:
Tomato puree 1 cup
Tomato paste 2 cups
Oregano 1 tsp
Thyme ½ tsp
Basil ½ tsp
Salt 1 tsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Method:
In a pan heat oil and fry cheese balls and chicken fries and set a side .then in a pan heat 3 tbsp oil heat and fry ginger and garlic .after this add remaining ingredients and 2 cup of water add and boil it .then cook on low heat for 10 minutes and grind it then set a side .now cut the bun and remove the dough in between .then spread the pizza sauce the keep cheese balls and chicken fries then mozzarella cheese and chadder cheese and bake 200 c for 10 minutes then keep in top bun top slices and serve it .

Palak Maash Ki Daal :
Ingredients:
Spinach 1 kg
Black gram 1 cup
Oil 1 cup
Green chilies 4
Garlic peel cloves 6
Whole red chili 10
Ginger (finely cut) 2 tbsp
Butter 2 tbsp
Salt to taste
Method:
Black gram wash and soaked in Luke warm water .now fine chopped spinach wash and soaked in turmeric. Then gram and spinach mix and cook on low heat .when gram tender then lightly mashed then add salt , Whole red chili, finely chopped ginger and butter add and again cook for 10 minutes after this heat oil and butter and fry peel garlic cloves golden brown then pour on grams .delicious spinach palak daal serve with chapatti .

Shikum Puri Kabab:
Ingredients:
Beef (cubes) ½ kg
Yellow Split Lentils 150 gms
Garlic 5-6 cloves
Ginger 1-inch piece
Black Cardamom 4-5
Cinnamon 1-2 sticks
Cloves 3-4
Black Peppercorns 1 tsp
Whole Red Pepper 6-8
Cumin Seeds 1-2 tsp
Coriander Seeds 1-2 tsp
Yogurt 3-4 tbsp
Curry Leaves 1-2
Green Chilies 3-4
Eggs 1-2
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
Bread Slices as required
Method:

In a pan add meat cubes,Yellow Split Lentils, garlic cloves ,ginger ,black cardamom ,cinnamon ,cloves ,whole black pepper, whole red chili ,whole cumin whole coriander ,green chili ,curry leaves, salt and water add and cook on low heat till than water dry .then remove and cool it .after this add in chopper and chop it .then add yogurt ,egg and one slices of wet bread slices and then make the cutlets and fry in a oil .finally serve with salad and lemon slices .
